Brownies
Brownies (using Bakels all-in choc chunk brownie mix)
Premix for a rich, fudge choc ‘brownie’ or chocolate slice, requires only the addition of water and butter.
1. Blend all ingredients together on slow speed for 1 minute
2. Mix on slow speed for a further 1 minute
3. Spread on standard baking tray and cover with silicon paper half way through baking time, to avoid crusty top
4. Oven temperature 160°C for 30 minutes
500g of raspberries may be added to standard baking tray
