Method

CHOCOLATE HEDGEHOG SLICE
1. Place all ingredients in mixing bowl.
2. Beat on low speed for approximately 15 seconds.
3. Scrape down.
4. Continue to mix on low speed until well combined.
5. Press firmly into ungreased baking tray.
6. Oven temperature 180°C for approximately 15 minutes.
7. Ice with chocolate fudge icing using 422302 PETTINICE RTU CHOCOLATE ICING and decorate with
crushed nuts or coconut or may be iced with 514002 BAKELS RTU CHOC GANACHE.

Notes: The butter can be replaced with cake margarine but then will not be additive-free.
No-bake slices need to be refrigerated at all times.
