1. Place Group 1 in bowl and mix on low speed for 1 minute.
2. Scrape down.
3. Blend until thoroughly combined.
4. Place Group 2 water in mixing bowl.
5. Add the PETTINA CHEESECAKE MIX and whisk on top speed until light (approx. 3 minutes).
6. Spread BISCUIT CRUMB BASE evenly over the bottom of the baking tray, roll firm.
7. Fill with cheesecake mixture, smooth off level with the top of the tray.
8. Chill in the refrigerator until firm.
Yield: Notes: The above recipe is suitable for one standard baking tray.
