Yellowish coloured powder. Premium mix for making butter cake, requires only the addition of eggs and water.
Store below 25°C in clean, dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight.

Buttacake
1. Place ingredients into mixing bowl.
2. Beat on low speed for 1 minute.
3. Scrape down.
4. Beat on second speed for 10 minutes.
5. Deposit as required.
6. Oven temperature 180°C.
Notes: If baking a tray of cake or large speciality occasion cake, line the baking tray or tin with a layer of
cardboard and bake on a lower temperature.
When adding fruit to the batter, use 50 grams of INSTANT CLEARJEL. This thickens the batter thereby preventing the fruit from "sinking".
