1. Blend all ingredients together on slow speed for 1 minute.
2. Mix on slow speed for further 2 minutes.
3. Spread on papered tray.
4. Oven temperature 190°C.
5. When cool ice with coffee flavoured parfait icing using PETTINICE RTU UNCOLOURED ICING and
APITO COFFEE FLAVOURING PASTE.
6. To finish drizzle with CHOCKEX SUPREME.
7. Cut into either fingers or squares.
Yield: The above recipe is suitable for one standard baking tray.
