Brownish coloured powder. Produces mud cakes, brownies and chocolate flavoured slices. Requiring the addition of water, Pettina chocolate paste and oil.
Store below 25°C in clean, dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight.

1. Place the water and mud cake mix in machine bowl with beater
2. Blend Group 1 together for 1 minute on slow speed
3. Scrape Down
4. Beat on 2nd speed for 5 minutes
5. Scrape Down
6. Add the PETTINA CHOCOLATE PASTE IN GROUP 2
7. Commence the machine on 1st speed whilst adding the vegetable oil, mixing for a total of 3 minutes (DO NOT OVERMIX)
8. Deposit as required
9. Baking Temperature 180°c
