A premix for producing a premium quality caramel cake with a moist, even crumb with a rich caramel flavour and excellent keeping qualities.
Store below 25°C in clean, dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight.

Caramel Flavoured Cake
1. Add Group 1 to mixing bowl.
2. Blend together for 1 minute on low speed.
3. Scrape down.
4. Mix on high speed for 2 minutes.
5. Add Group 2 and blend on low speed until oil clears.
6. Deposit into papered tins.
7. Oven temperature 180°C.
