Overview
An all-in mix for producing a traditional butter cake with a rich flavour and moist crumb that can hold inclusions. Deposits readily into selected tins and can be made, refrigerated and baked off the following day. Just add water.
Store below 25°C in clean, dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight.

Buttacake
1. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
2. Beat on slow speed for 1 minute.
3. Scrape down.
4. Beat on second speed for 8 minutes.
5. Then beat on low speed for a further 2 minutes.
6. Deposit as required.
7. Oven temperature 180°C.
