2. Mix together on 1st speed.
3. Scrape down.
4. Mix on 2nd speed for 8 minutes.
5. Finished dough temperature 28°C.
6. Divide and mould as desired.
7. Proof time 40 minutes.
8. Fry at 185°C for 90-120 seconds a side.
