A free flowing powder mix for the production of a vegan cake with a moist, open crumb similar to a pound cake. Also suitable for inclusions with recipe variations available for brownies, mud cake and muffins.
Store below 25°C in clean, dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight.

Vegan Cake
1. Place Group 1 ingredients into mixing bowl.
2. Blend on low speed for 1 minute.
3. Scrape down.
4. Blend on medium speed for 6 minutes, then low speed for 1 minute.
5. Scale 450g into small loaf tins.
6. Bake at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
