Bakels All In Utility Cake Mix makes traditional block cakes, cupcakes, bar cakes and a wide variety of other goods. This mix already contains egg, so only requires the addition of water to create a range of products.

1. Add ingredients to bowl and using beater, mix on low speed for 1 minute.
2. Scrape down.
3. Beat on second speed for 5 minutes.
4. Scale into desired tin.
5. Bake in oven at 175°C until fully baked through.
Note: bake time and temperature will vary depending on scale size and oven.
