Overview
A mix for making a moist-eating banana bread containing no artificial colours or flavours, with an excellent shelf life. Requires only water, oil and bananas.
Store below 25°C in clean, dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight.

Contains: wheat, gluten, egg, milk, May be present due to equipment: soy and sulphites
Banana Bread
1. Place ingredients in mixing bowl.
2. Blend together for approximately 1 minute on low speed.
3. Scrape down.
4. Continue mixing on low speed until ingredients are just combined.
5. Scale as desired.
6. Oven temperature 160°C.
