1. Place ingredients in mixing bowl.
2. Blend together for approximately 30 seconds on low speed.
3. Scrape down.
4. Continue mixing on low speed for a further 2 minutes.
5. Scale as desired - as a guide, a batter weight of 350 g was used for a bar tin of 17.5 cm length, 7.5
cm width and 5 cm depth.
6. Oven temperature 170°C.
Notes: Double this recipe to make one standard baking tray.
