Overview
A premix for making gluten free chocolate brownies that you won’t believe are gluten free. Add nuts, berries or even peanut butter to make your own special brownies.
Store below 25°C in clean, dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight.

Contains: egg and milk
1. Put all ingredients in mixing bowl.
2. Blend all ingredients on slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down.
3. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
4. Deposit batter into greased and paper-lined flat baking tin.
5. Baking temperature 170 C. Bake for approximate 30-35 minutes depending on how soft you prefer your brownie to be.
6. Cool down and cut into desired brownie size.
Note: Baking temperature and time dependent on scale weight and oven. Adjust as needed.
