1. Mix BAKELS EUROPEAN MUFFIN MIX together with water, eggs and margarine/butter and blend on low speed for 1 minute.
2. Scrape down.
3. Blend on second speed for 4 minutes.
4. Scale as desired.
5. Bake at 210°C.
Note: Margarine/butter can also be substituted for vegetable oil.
