A ready prepared apricot glaze for applying onto pastry products post-bake. Gives a shiny, vibrant finish and subtle apricot flavour.
Store below 25°C in clean, dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight.

Glaze for Danish Pastry, etc.
1. METHOD – BRUSH ON
2. Bring the APITO SUPERGLAZE- APRICOT and water to the boil.
3. Brush onto Danish pastry etc. as soon as it leaves the oven.
4. METHOD – SPRAY ON
5. Place APITO SUPERGLAZE- APRICOT and water in mixing bowl.
6. Whisk on slow speed until thoroughly dispersed.
7. Fill Kettle in Bakon Jelly Server and spray on Danish pastry etc. as soon as it leaves the oven.
Notes: Apply APITO SUPERGLAZE at approx. 70°C.
