Overview
Apito Superglaze is an easily prepared gel paste concentrate for glazing finished pastry products, just add water and boil. Brush onto pastry post-bake for a vibrant, shiny finish.
Store below 25°C in clean, dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight.

Glaze for Danish Pastry, etc.
1. BRUSH ON METHOD- Bring the APITO SUPERGLAZE and water to the boil. Brush onto Danish pastry etc. as soon as it leaves the oven.
2. METHOD – SPRAY ON Place APITO SUPERGLAZE and water in mixing bowl.Whisk on slow speed until thoroughly dispersed. Fill kettle in Bakon Jelly Server and spray on Danish pastry etc. as soon as it leaves the oven.
3. Apply APITO SUPERGLAZE at approx. 70°C.
Sugar, Water, Glucose (contains preservative (220) sulphites), Vegetable gum (440), Acidity regulator (330), Preservative (202)
