Overview
Bakels Emilka is a powdered blend containing whey powder, full fat enzyme-active soya flour and emulsifiers. The ingredients have been specially selected to retain the advantages of milk powder without reducing volume and shelf life. Promotes bread crust colour, crumb whiteness and softness.
Note: while Emilka is an excellent replacement for milk powder in bread, buns and rolls, it is not suitable for milk powder replacement in milk breads.
