A powder mix with ginger aroma, for making gingerbread. A seasonal product, manufactured for the Christmas season.
Store below 25°C in clean, dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight.

Gingerbread
1. Cream group 1 ingredients on low speed for approximately 1 minute or until mixed.
2. Add Group 2 dry caramel into water and mix until dissolved and then add to Group 1.
3. Add Bakels Gingerbread Mix on low speed.
4. Mix for approximately 1 - 2 minutes until well blended.
5. Do not overmix.
6. Roll out and cut as required.
7. Baking temperature 180°C.
