Ready to bake cookie only requiring jam to be piped on top then baked (40g).
Keep frozen between -18°C to -25°C.

Contains: Gluten Egg and Milk, May be present due to shared equipment: tree nuts, soy, sulphites and sesame.
1. Remove frozen cookies from carton and place on a clean tray.
2. Pipe a portion of jam into the centre of each cookie.
3. Baking instructions: Rotel oven - 180°C for 16 minutes. Convection oven - 160°C for 16 minutes.
4. Allow to cool then pack.
Notes: Do not completely thaw cookies prior to baking.
