A frozen, ready to bake cookie dough puck for choc chip cookies. A white dough with dark compound chocolate pieces (40g).
Keep frozen between -18°C to -25°C.

Contains: wheat, gluten, milk, soy, sulphites, May be present due to shared equipment: tree nuts and egg
1. Remove cookies from carton and place on clean tray.
2. Allow space between cookies as they spread slightly whilst baking.
3. Baking instructions for 40g cookie: Rotel Oven - approx. 180°C for 16-19 minutes.
4. Convection oven - approx. 160-170°C for 16-19 minutes.
