Frozen, ready to bake cookie dough pucks for a traditional melting moment biscuit (13g) using real butter. Carton contains ready to use icing for finishing, which can also be flavoured. Simply pipe onto baked biscuit and sandwich with another biscuit.
Keep frozen between -18°C to -25°C.

Contains: wheat, gluten, milk, soy, May be present due to shared equipment: tree nuts, egg and sulphites
1. Remove cookies from the carton and place on clean tray.
2. Allow space between cookies as they spread slightly whilst baking.
3. Baking instructions:
4. Rotel oven - approx. 180°C for 10-12 minutes. Convection oven - approx. 160-170°C for 10-12 minutes.
5. Do not overbake.
6. After baking, place the RTU filling into a piping bag and pipe approx. 10g of icing into the centre of the first cookie then place the second cookie on top and press lightly together.
7. The cookies can be dusted with icing sugar to finish off.
