Premix to produce a delicately flavoured quiche fillings.

1. Place Group 1 in mixing bowl
2. Whisk on low speed until well-blended
3. Scrape Down
4. Whisk on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth
5. Gradually add Group 2
6. Mix until well-blended
7. Place desired filling e.g. cheese, meat, vegetable, etc into pastry case
8. Pour prepared Bakels Quiche Mix into case
9. Bake at 210°C
