A premix for making a gluten free chocolate cake that you won’t believe is gluten free. Rich, chocolatey flavour with a moist, open crumb.
Packed in a carton containing 3 x 4kg bags.
Store below 25°C in clean, dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight.

Contains: no added allergens
Put all ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix at low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down. Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Scale weight is as required. (All the above mix into a 20cm round tin). Bake at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
