Manufacturing Capabilities
With a huge manufacturing site in Silverwater, NSW, housing four distinct factories each specialising in distinct production lines, our capabilities extend to developing a wide range of products, including ready-to-use fillings (sweet and savoury), dressings, sauces, powder blends and fat blends at the highest quality.
Liquid Processing
As a commitment to providing high quality ingredients, we have invested in a high-pressure production line in our wet plant, which in addition to our other lines, enables us to develop bespoke filling and other wet products according to specific customer processes and applications. This can range from fillings to sauces and dressings with several packaging options available from 1kg bottles to 15kg pails.
Dry Blending
Our powder products cover a wide range of applications, from cake and muffin premixes, to bread mixes, but this is not limited to bakery goods. Anything from soups to seasonings to batters and even custom dry blends can be manufactured, packaged in 1kg to 15kg bags.
