The Bakels Lemon Creme is a fat-based filling for a range of bakery products. Smooth textured, tart and ready to use, the filling is also bake and freeze thaw stable. Suitable for muffin, cake and tart fillings, or as a topping on cheesecakes.
Once opened use within 14 days, Store below 25°C in clean, dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight.
