Caramels
The new Bakels Caramel range includes the tried and true Millionaires Caramel (now locally made) and the new Dulce de Leche. Sweet, creamy and indulgent, both are made with real condensed milk and butter for that extra decadence.
Curds
Bakels range of curds are fruity, ready-to-use products containing real fruit puree. Like traditional curds, they are made with eggs and butter that give them their smooth texture.
Crèmes
With a silky smooth texture and wide variety of flavours, the Bakels Crème range offers versatility and convenience to most bakery applications. Simply pipe into a donut or into a muffin for a burst of flavour.
Fruit Fillings
The Bakels new and updated range of fruit fillings are sweet, ready-to-use products that contain high quality fruit. These fillings are both freeze thaw and bake stable, giving bakers an opportunity to use them in a variety of applications.
