1. Place Group 1 in mixing bowl.
2. Blend on low speed for 1 minute.
3. Scrape down.
4. Blend on 2nd speed for 4 minutes.
5. Add Group 2 and blend on low speed until clear.
6. Scale at 440 g into greased and papered 18 cm sponge tins.
7. Divide Group 3 evenly over the top.
8. Sprinkle Nutty Oat Topping Recipe No. 16603B over the apple.
9. Oven temperature 175°C.
