1. Place Group 1 into a machine bowl with a cake beater.
2. Mix together for 1 minute on low speed.
3. Scrape down.
4. Mix on 2nd speed for 4 minutes.
5. Add Group 2 and mix until oil has been evenly dispersed.
6. Deposit mix into muffin trays.
7. Baking temperature 210°C.
Yield: For muffins, deposit PETTINA ALL IN MUFFIN CAKE MIX into standard muffin pans.
