1. Add the FINO POTATO PIE MASH to the combined water
2. Allow to soak for 1 minute
3. Whisk until fluffy
4. If firmer, mash required, reduce water by between 25g and 75g
Light cream to light yellow coloured flakes. Economical potato mash for potato pies.
