1. Soak Group 1 for 5 minutes whilst weighing Group 2.
2. Add Group 2 to Group 1.
3. Blend on low speed for 1 minute.
4. Scrape down.
5. Blend on low speed for 2 minutes.
6. Deposit 1.3 kg of finished batter into a paper lined block cake tin.
7. Oven temperature 165°-170°C.
