1. Place group 1 in mixing bowl and beat on speed 2 for 1 minute.
2. Scrape down the bowl.
3. Beat on speed 3 for 2 minutes (until light and creamy).
4. Scrape down the bowl.
5. Add in Bakels Cream Cheese Icing Mix and blend on speed 1 for 2 minutes.
6. Add water and blend on speed 3 for 3 minutes.
