1. Add all ingredients into a spiral mixer bowl.
2. Mix on slow speed for 2 minutes then fast speed for 8-9 minutes.
3. Finished dough temperature 27°-29°C.
4. Floor time 10-15 minutes.
5. Divide and rest for 10 minutes.
6. Mould and place in tins and trays.
7. Final proof.
8. Bake at 220°C.
