1. Place boiling/hot water and Bakels Cake Donut mix in a mixing bowl.
2. Blend on Speed 1 for 1 minute. Alternatively, hand mix ingredients in a bowl until lump-free.
3. Transfer into piping bag with star nozzle (size 5 or 7).
4. Pipe 10-15cm churros into 190°C fryer. Use scissors to cut batter while piping.
5. Fry until underside begins to brown. Flip and fry until browned all around.
6. Coat churros in cinnamon sugar while still warm.
