1. Place all ingredients in the mixing bowl with a beater.
2. Mix on slow speed for 1 minute, scrape down.
3. Mix on medium speed for 1 minute
4. Deposit into tin/moulds.
5. A 60gm deposit will bake in 13-15 minutes at 195°C .
6. Leave for 5 minutes before turning them out.
