1. Blend all ingredients together on slow speed for 1 minute.
2. Mix on slow speed for further 2 minutes.
3. Spread on papered tray.
4. Oven temperature 190°C.
5. Pour on approx.400 g of 514002 BAKELS RTU CHOC GANACHE.
6. Allow to set and then cut to size.
Yield: The above recipe is suitable for one standard baking tray. For a more chewy Brownie with more baked volume, see Recipe 38350B. For a keeping and softer texture add 100g Cake Margarine and 60g PETTINA Choc Paste.
