1. Place egg and water into bowl then add BAKELS HONEY ROLL MIX and whisk on low speed for 1
2. Scrape down.
3. Whisk on high speed for 5 minutes followed by 1 minute on 2nd speed.
4. Using 2 x 1kg sheets of HONEY ROLL MIX place 200 g of flaked almonds on top of 1 sheet and bake
both @ 210°C.
5. When cool, place a layer of Bakels Instant Continental Custard onto the bottom (plain) sheet, then pipe
a layer of Whip n’ Ice filling.
6. (Thickness as desired for both fillings).
7. Place the almond baked sheet on top and allow to settle before slicing.
