1. Place all ingredients in the bowl and beat on top speed for 5 minutes.
2. Oven temperature 175°C.

LIGHT FRUIT CAKE – to basic recipe add: 0.750kg Sultanas, 0.050kg Lemon Peel and 0.040kg APITO SPECIAL FRUIT CAKE FLAVOURING PASTE BANANA CAKE – to basic recipe add: 1.2kg Mashed Ripe Bananas and 0.050kg APITO BANANA FLAVOURING PASTE. When baked ice with banana flavoured icing and drizzle with melted CHOCKEX SUPREME. BUTTERSCOTCH CAKE – to basic recipe add: 0.025kg APITO VANILLA 101 ESSENCE.
