1. Place egg and water into bowl then add BAKELS HONEY ROLL MIX and whisk on low speed for 1
minute.
2. Scrape down.
3. Whisk on high speed for 5 minutes followed by 1 minute on 2nd speed.
4. Using 2x1 kg sheets of HONEY ROLL MIX bake both @ 210°C.
5. Blend the Banana and Caramel Filling on 2nd speed until smooth.
6. Fold in the WHIP’nICE (whipped)
7. When cool place layer of Banoffee Filling (approx. 800 grams) onto one sheet, then place the other
sheet on top.
8. Spread the remaining filling over the top sheet and decorate with flaked chocolate.
