1. Place banana, eggs, oil, water and then the remaining ingredients into mixing bowl.
2. Blend with beater on low speed for 1 minute.
3. Scrape down.
4. Blend on medium speed for 2 minutes.
5. Spread evenly into a greased standard 680 g bread tin (11x11x26.5 cm).
