Anzac Biscuits – Using Bakels Anzac Mix. With the addition of cake margarine
1. Gently melt Group 1
2. Place Group 2 in mixing bowl
3. Add Group 1
4. Blend together until combined (Do not over-mix)
5. Deposit mix onto a lightly greased or teflon-sheeted tray
6. Oven temperature 175°C
An all in mix for the production of Macarons.
